We like variety. We're not satisfied with drinking or eating the same thing every time we go out. We actively seek diversity in our taste experiences and don't want to keep having to travel further afield to find something new. Many establishments shun change, instead favouring the safety of the familiar. In establishing The Fugitive Ferret, we want to create a venue where variety is embraced; where patrons can try something new, different, or unusual (if they choose to do so). Our namesake, the ferret, would be the equivalent choice for an adventurous pet owner who seeks the different, unusual, or quirky in their furry companion. Alas, the ferret is a prohibited animal in Queensland, so its presence here marks it as a fugitive.
